An onsite registration desk will be set up from June 2-4, 2010 in the Forest Sciences Atrium during the following times:
- June 2, 8am-3:30pm
- June 3, 8am-2pm
- June 4, 8am-12pm
*Please note that as the workshop is one week away, there will no longer be refunds for any cancellations.

*All noted fees are not including tax. A 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to the conference dinner and whale watching fees. GST does not apply to registration rates.
The registration fees include: admission to the invited lectures, free papers, discussions and poster sesions; refreshments and lunch on June 2, 3 and 4. Daily breakfast is included in the accommodation rate if staying in the West Coast Suites or in the Marine Drive Residence. See the Accommodation page for more information and to reserve your room.
Accompanying Guest Tickets
Accompanying guest tickets can be purchased for both the June 2 and June 3 dinners at Cecil Green and the Museum of Anthropology. Each guest dinner ticket is $50, plus 5% GST.
Post Conference Event: Whale Watching
Unwind after the workshop with a day of whale watching on June 5! We will depart UBC at 10:30am and will return late afternoon or early evening - trip duration depends on whale activity. For details: http://www.whalesvancouver.com/. The cost per person is $125, plus 5% GST.

Online Payment of Fees
Online payment can be made via the secure registration form with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Payment by Cheque
If you would like to pay by cheque, please complete the online registration form and select the 'Pay Later' option on the payment page. All cheques must be made out to Imaging Based Measures in Osteoarthritis, must be in Canadian funds, and must be drawn from a Canadian bank. Please ensure the registrant's name is marked clearly on the cheque. Send the cheque to the Osteoarthritis 2010 Registration Secretariat (see address below).
Payment by Wire Transfer

or at 1-604-822-1050. The Secretariat will issue you the wire transfer banking information. Please note that a processing fee of CAD $8.50 applies for all wire transfer payments. Wire transfer payments can only be accepted on first time payments. All other payments must be made by credit card.
Confirmation
Your registration and payment will be confirmed by an automatic email. Please use this confirmation as your registration receipt.
Login and Password
On the online registration form's 'Logon Page', you will be asked to log on (if you are an existing registrant) or create a new user account. Your email address and password will permit you to complete your registration payment at a later date if necessary, edit your personal details, as well as register for the conference dinners.
Letter of Invitation to the Conference
A letter of invitation is issued solely for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications and/or to obtain funding for their attendance at the conference. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers.
